Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beso mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Beso World ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using Beso, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
  • You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or maintain more than one account without our permission.
  • You are responsible for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use

To keep Beso safe and respectful, you agree that you will not:

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or harm other users.
  • Post or share content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that infringes the rights of others.
  • Solicit money from, or attempt to defraud, other users.
  • Use the Service for any commercial solicitation, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service or collect user data.
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to share it.

6. Safety

Beso does not conduct criminal background checks on its users and is not responsible for the conduct of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Always exercise caution and good judgment, meet in public places, and tell a friend or family member about your plans before meeting anyone in person.

7. Purchases & Subscriptions

The Service may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. Payments are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), and your purchase is also subject to that store's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by following the steps in our Data Deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the safety and integrity of our community.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any matches or interactions will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beso World and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
